Riders participants are on a road to better academic results, new interests and boosted career opportunities. Before the season starts mentors are required to form a high school robotics team of 6 to 10 students. Mentors are responsible for co-ordinating and communicating with Riders team members through each stage of the process. They track student participation in learning sessions during the training and competition phases, supervise homework completion and handle topics like certification.
